2015-05-12 - Form UID is now known as Form ID

We've simplified the API and got rid of the `UID` property. Before, we exposed both the internal `ID` and the public `UID` but we've seen that it was confusing. So we removed the need of `UID` and now we're only exposing the ID. If you're using the `links` property to get the link, there is no changes needed from your side. Otherwise, you need to start using the `id` property to create the link to the typeform, instead of old `uid`
